To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met.

You must have at least 90% attendance in the virtual office. You must have 100% of your team virtualized using the ready player me avatar function. You must switch more than 50% of your internal meetings to the metaverse. You must record 3 team meetings a week from each department and submit to your coach and implementer via slack for feedback. You must record 2 SOD EOD connection sessions and submit to your coach and implementer. You must have an in depth training platform completion rate for the team is over 90%. You must have your team attend one game day session
